I cannot say enough good things about the providers who work here, specifically Joanna Fleming. I have seen her twice at Care Express and twice at the Gardner Edgerton Urgent care on the other side of town. She is a true gem!

I went in to this place at around 9 am and it took the front desk lady a long time to obtain all my info. By the time it was said and done it was already 9:45 am. It took more than an hour and a half total for the PA to see me. She tried to stick a Q tip in my mouth a few times to get some sample. A little warning will be nice instead of something forcing down your throat multiple times. Overall, with the wait time and service I would say this is the worst experience ever. Waste of my time. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Hours show til 5pm today, Saturday. Due to the poor reviews I called in advance to ensure my daughter could be seen. They said there are no providers available today and directed me to another location. On a positive note, the person who answered (Emily) was very nice.

If you get the older lady at the desk, she is incredibly rude. The younger lady is generally nice. However, between the two nurse practitioners I've seen at this location, the lady with the light hair is generally pretty nice. The lady with the darker hair is incredibly rude and talks down to you like you're a child. It's hit or miss, but in my opinion, not worth stopping at this location.

I was pleasantly surprised! I wasn't expecting to have a quick, efficient, and pleasant encounter at a walk-in facility. My issue was diagnosed within a few minutes and all I had left to do was walk across to the pharmacy in Price Chipper to pick up my scrip.
