Couldn’t find my grant. Luckily my scholarship and grant provider stayed on them and cleared my balance. Not friendly either. 0/10 would recommend.ud83dudc4eud83cudffe

I completely agree with the previous review regarding little to no consistency between reps. I am also getting information that varies. If you get a representative named Norma simply hangup or request to speak to someone else. She was completely unhelpful and will constantly speak over you mid sentence. Thankfully I called back and I got a representative that was helpful.

horrible horrible horrible customer service!!! EVERYONE I've encountered was rude and mouthy! It's a shame people forget to be human while working a 9 to 5! Life happens outside of business hours and financial obligations. I pray I never stop caring about people.

This is really sad. I just spoke to Cashier's person DAMON and he was completely rude. DAMON was a very bad representation on UMKC, so sad. He even was so rude to hang up the phone as I was trying to say thank you.
