Be carful and hope something doesn’t happen with your trip when a refund is required because they will not respond to you. I have been waiting for a call from them for a refund which the travel insurance CSA confirmed that I was due a refund by Compass Resort and I have call 3 times and was told a person will be calling me back. Well, that was over a month ago! They are shady and very dishonest. They don’t have a problem collecting the money and god for bid don’t let anything happen before or during your trip. Then all I can tell you is to do business with VRBO OR HOMEWAY. This is the first time I used COMPASS RESORT! I’m very discussed!!
