Same issue as everyone else, tried all day, between the hours listed on the website to set up reservations, and never reached anyone. Would have liked to make this a tradition, but they must not be needing the business.

Horrible customer service with the woman responsible for scheduling. Save your money, time (15 to 20 min. Carriage ride ud83dude12) and headache. Use it for a better experience on the plaza.

My friend and I have been trying for days to get this place to answer their phone and it goes straight to their automated message. This is ridiculous. Don’t post that you are available to make reservations if you are not going to answer the phone! I have called 5 times already today starting at 10:15am and no one will pick up. I am very disappointed.

These people just decided an area at the plaza was no parking and called the cops to tow my car while I was shopping. Now I have to pay to get my car out of impound. This is ridiculous.
