My experience with U-Haul has always been great. The truck that I reserve is available, clean and ready at my scheduled appointment time. The 31st & Main Street location KCMO has some of the best customer service that I’ve experienced in some time. Thank you for all that you do for the community.

I usually rent from this location because it is the closest (Although 17th street and Armour/Troost are also good locations.nnThe service is always wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive. You feel like they go the extra mile. The trucks are clean and in good condition. A convenient location and option for when I'm picking up materials or furniture for my home. A+, Five stars.
Nicole was great. Even with tech issues, she was able to assist me with everything that came up. Plus, it’s a great location right in midtown KC.
U-Haul place on 31st and main is very very good the women in there are very helpful polite I give them five stars
