After a horrible experience with another popular storage company on Sunday. I was able to go online and find a reasonable quote for my storage unit and reserve it for Monday morning. I received a complimentary phone call from Julie this morning just to make sure I was aware of what I would need to bring in to make my process easy. I appreciated that! When I arrived she was on a call with an obviously rude customer. She allowed the person to go on and on and was very patient. Asked if she could return the call and proceeded to assist me professionally. Walked me through the rules and door codes then showed me the way. Julie made sure we could access the unit on my own and made sure the unit was big enough and clean. I’m sitting in the lot writing this because my experience was that great. I appreciate the essential people who are providing services and dealing with a lot right now. Thank you again Julie I hope your day is wonderful.
Thank you Corey for making the rental process seamless. I was able to lease my unit and get everything moved in with no problems, not to mention how clean and well kept the property is. Oh, and did I mention it’s climate controlled?! What more could one need? Great customer service, prices, and space. I would definitely recommend.
