I had the pleasure of meeting Leyton (Layton) a couple of weeks ago. He did a great job explaining the different sizes currently available and ones that’ll become available. We decided I needed to wait for a bigger size. Luckily he went above and beyond to ask me to follow up with an email. When I forgot, he called me to remind him what I was wanting. This time I did follow up and within a week or so he was contacting me about a storage unit that would work. He explained he couldn’t hold it for me (because I was out of town) but luckily today when I went in, his awesome team took care of me. A lovely lady (I didn’t catch her name-think it’s Susan) showed me the unit while the fella (didn’t catch his either, I’m sorry!-think it’s Jon) started on the paperwork. It was an awesome experience to see EVERYONE at the location working together and complimenting one another. Thank you for such a great experience!!
