I have nothing positive to say about KU Med Hospital or their records department! HOWEVER, I had the BEST experience dealing with Jean at the front desk of the records department AND Matthew who went above and beyond to help me out!nVERY FRIENDLY, and made my experience a lot less stressful!! GREAT JOB Jean & Matthew and THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!nAs far as getting records requested by providers offices or even personally via email... don’t waste your time. Just head down to see Jean and get it done!
