Mr. Fixit - I took my beloved coffee pot in to them. He called me and said the heater went out on it, and he can order the parts. So far, I have not found one thing that these guys cannot fix!nnI love this coffee pot! I looked at coffee pots for a very long time before I decided on this one. It just easily slides across the counter to me, makes great coffee, is easily programmable, and keeps the temperature exactly right. I would part with a husband before I would part with this coffee pot! It is a Hamilton Beach.

Its fine enough. Custard isn't anything you can't find a million other places, but its solid enough.
