Walnut Grove RV Park

Great place to stop if you're not looking for fancy amenities. Gravel but level lots, no issues getting our 40' class A in and out. Office staff really nice and the little store on site is well stocked. Easy access to KC, small but functional dog park. Only gave 3 stars because felt it was a bit high in price for lack of amenities/curb appeal, but would stay there again.

Nice quiet and clean facility with an exceptional staff. We had softball games at a near by complex (12 min travel). This campground was perfect for late night showers and laundry and we never had to worry about the security of our camper while we was gone during the day. They are kid and pet friendly. I have definitely put them on my list of places to stay when in the neighborhood again for future tournaments.

Great place to stay if you're visiting Kansas City! The shop up front has a few arcade games which the kids loved, a snack machine, free water bottles, free coffee in the morning, and a good selection of RV supplies. We stayed in a pull-through spot which was large and easy to get into. At the very back of the park there's a nice little secluded wooded area where you can walk a dog. All off the staff members were very freindly. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in the area!

We stayed here while dropping things off at college for my son. It was quiet and safe. Not a far drive for anything in the KC area. Also the staff was extremely friendly. If we need something inside the KC area again we will definitely come back.

This was a good overnight stop right off 35. The sites for clean and they even had a small dog park. Sites were a little close. staff was super friendly ice prices were affordable and the camp office has good hours.
