This has been a complete nightmare! I went to Bill's store. He gave me a catalog to choose furniture from. I chose a sectional. He showed me a sectional in his warehouse that looked like the one I ordered. I sat on it and seemed it seemed just fine. I ordered the furniture. It arrived three weeks late so he paid the delivery fee because it was very late in coming. When the furniture was delivered it arrived in boxes. We unpacked the furniture, only to find out the pillows are held in place with Velcro so every time you sit down you hear the Velcro tearing apart. The furniture is cheaply made. Then we discovered that there was a missing piece to the sectional. I called Bill, sent him pics of the furniture with the missing piece of the sectional and he said that he would get the missing piece to me. It has been over a month now. I have not heard anything from Bill at all. This furniture is cheaply made...I mean horribly cheap. DO NOT GO HERE AND PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BILL. IT'S ALL A RIP OFF!!! Then to top it all off they sent me a partial sectional!! Absolutely horrible. I wish I had previous reviews before purchasing this furniture....PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BILL. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

Best quality furniture at a reasonable price. Definitely worth the money for the quality of the product.

I wish I would have read the reviews first it was the worst experience. I respect my elders but this old man does not deserve any!!!!!
