I ordered ribbon for my very old Underwood Golden Touch months ago, received wrong ribbon. After many failed attempts to remedy, I contacted EBS again today, and after disputing my account and being proved wrong, the clerk continued to abuse and berate me, finally hanging up on me. Very poor customer service, no accountability, no manners. FAIL!
