I got a screen replacement for my phone that cost less than other places. And when I discovered that the stylus pen didn't work with the new screen the man there offered me something that would act as one, and he did not charge me. I didn't keep it but I appreciate him being kind and helpful. The Lord Jesus bless him. I really do appreciate it.

Do not trust these people with your phone. I haven't seen my phone in three weeks. They said they would send it off to be fixed and it would be ready in three weeks. I've read the reviews and none of them say that they send them off so I'm sure they are experimenting with mine. Especially because it is the iPhone X. It's honestly very sad that they think messing with innocent people's things is fine.

I came in needing a screen protector and the guy was so patient with me and made sure I had it the way I wanted. I highly recommend this shop. Great people. Been going to this store since i bought my first iPhone from them 3 years ago.

After a couple of days dealing with people on online sales sites, I called Comps & Phones and talked to Kelly. He said they could probably be able to fix me up. Came in on Saturday afternoon and 30 minutes later I left a happy camper. Not only did I get a great phone at a fair deal, I made a new friend. Thank you.

comps and phones' service was great ! the staff were absolutely amazing, patient and understanding about the time and effort it took to repair my surface pro 3 tablet screen . they really followed through and did an amazing job in repairing my tablet ! i was very impressed with the job done ! the staff was very approachable caring polite and professional in their work ! i was able to get updates about the progress on my tablet regularly ! very sincere and honest in their work all the way through ! great deals ! i was 100% satisfied with the results! i will definitely return to them if i ever need to for any future technical problems and i will also highly recommend this store to others including my family and friends who may have any technical difficulties in the future as well ! Thank you comps and phones for making my tablet new again ! :-)
