Jack Stack Barbecue

My husband and I ate there Friday night and it was so special. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. The hostesses interacted with everyone so professionally.nOur waiter was knowledgeable and we had the sampler platter and it was so much food! The crown prime large rib was excellent as was the pork ribs and burnt ends. The baked beans had so much meat in it! The cold slaw was crunchy and fresh and not loaded down with mayo. They brought us hot onion rings as it would take a bit long on the beef rib and that was certainly not necessary but oh so appreciated! They were the best onion rings I ever tasted and served very hot!nI am looking forward to coming back to have the salmon and my husband to have the trout. Don’t hesitate to eat here!!!

Very nice restaurant with excellent service! Excellent barbecue, I love their Mac and cheese too! My wife had the pulled pork sandwich, she was very pleased, my friend and i both had their 3 meat platter with brisket, pulled pork, and ribs.. all three meats were excellent! Love the corn! Great bbq sauce too! I will be back

I am very very disappointed with the curbside order I placed today, One of our order is picked 2 meat dinner with 2 sides: cheesy corn and loaded baked potato. And when We got home, We only see a plain baked potato inside without any butter/sour cream/bacon/green onion. it’s not loaded obviously. And My husband called back to tell them about it, the person on the phone told him that on their system only shows a baked potato! And said you can always come back and get it.nnFirst of all.. who wants to go back and get it again when it is late at night when the family’s are already hungry..? So our time is not worth anything basically. We have to drive back and forth twice because Jack stack messed up our order?!nAnd no sorry or anything on their end like it’s our fault we ordered it wrong? So my husband politely hung up the phone. We then check their website again, the only option for baked potato on their website is called “loaded baked potato” so What did she mean she only see a baked potato in the system?nnSo who’s fault is it? Someone either need to check their computer system or at least said “sorry! We messed up your order!” Not talked like it’s our fault when we clearly ordered “loaded baked potato!”nnIt is extremely disappointed. It used to be one of our favorite bbq restaurant, the person that talked to us on the phone completely ruined it.

This restaurant is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. everytime I feel like having a special supper, this is the place that comes straight to my head. good and all sorts of food and a rich menu.helpful crew, and good vibes. Also, the cost is modest. I suggest this place with great pleasure.

Honestly there is not a better combination of Kansas City BBQ and Midwestern class around. This KC staple has been a hallmark of my years in the city, where we would visit it on a biweekly basis. The corn is amazing, the lemonade is made in house, and the service is unmatched. The prices are perfectly moderate and justified. I recommend this any day to anyone seeking out a fun, classic sit down dining experience in KC. I will be back many more times to come!
