LOVE LOVE LOVE their pizza!!! We decided to treat our kids to going out (gasp) to a restaurant before a tour of the plaza lights! Minsky's made us feel safe (tables appropriately spaced and all staff wearing masks). Anthony was the best server we've had in a LONG time, enough so, that I felt compelled to write this review. He kept our glasses full and he even patiently listened to the 5 year old order for himself and ask questions. We know their pizza is awesome (the two year old even ate 3 pieces), but it was the service that really WOW'd us tonight! Bravo Minsky's. Bravo!
My family and I have gone to this location for over a decade. There has been a recent change to the crust that we have grown used to and love. Now.. No matter how you ask if you want a thinner crust it is a paper thin cracker crust that barely holds your ingredients and is hard and crunchy on the edges. It is so sad and disappointing that you would change perfection after all these years. I miss my old Minskys
Best pizza in Kansas City in my opinion
Phenomenal food. Over the moon with service. Did i mention the food was good? Pizza had a great sauce to topping ratio. Toppings were all delicious and the cheese was perfect. Great ambiance and amazing atmosphere.
Simply good quality pizza.
