I was there with my boyfriend. We always go for sushi during happy hour. The sushi and drinks are always amazing and decently priced. The manager named Winnie stopped by our table to make sure everything tasted fine. She was very nice and friendly! She recommended us some cocktails to try and they were great.
I always have a pleasant experience at this particular Kona, but my most recent experience was by far the best! Our server Michelle was the most attentive server we’ve ever had. She was professional and very knowledgeable. We never had to ask for refills and she did a great job at recommending items, as we usually get the same thing. We will definitely ask for her for future visits.
My friends and I visited Kona a few weekends ago and had a great experience! We didn't know what to expect with the new Covid guidelines, but the staff were very attentive to detail and super friendly! We were sat in the bar/lounge area and were helped by Sarah. She was so bubbly and knowledgeable about the menu and helped me find a delicious vegan dish! The portions were very generous which came in handy later! ;) Not to mention our drinks, which we were spectacular! We will definitely be back on our next visit--Kona had such a great vibe. Thank you, Sarah, and the Kona staff, for making our experience a FUN one!
My last visit was just okay unlike my previous experience.
I really enjoy Kona grill for Happy hour! One of the best places for great drinks and tasty food. I’ve never been disappointed with the service. Management and servers are always attentive and kind. They work hard to get you seated as soon as they possibly can.
