We had a very nice dinner, but our waiter had a HUGE attitude and it made all of us feel extremely uncomfortable ! It seemed that he was doing us a favor! Presented us with the bill without asking if we wanted to look at a dessert menu! Guess he felt like none of us needed it!nHe probably wanted to go home, lucky to have a job in this economy, but in no way, he should have treated us like we probably shouldn’t have dined there!nI’ll be back, but will let Story know that we DON’T want him as our waiter!
Probably the worst customer service. Food is 2 stars. Owner is the rudest person and very cold personality and a horrible attitude. If you are charging that much you need to learn how to talk with people. DO NOT WASTE your money or time to go there
5-Stars on the food. The roasted beet salad and fried chicken were amazing. But our waiter was horrible.
It was the perfect COVID anniversary dinner: we sat outside and had a lovely evening. Started with the house salad and the heirloom tomatoes. Then shared the short ribs entree as an appetizer, then had the soft crab and rib eye for entrees. Great service, delicious food, and delightful ambiance!
Food looked and tasted amazing! The restaurant took all precautions to ensure everyone was safe. But, what sends Story over the top was the courtesy, professionalism & warmth of the staff...OUTSTANDING experience!
