We had spectrum for about 1month before finally calling to complain. a month of resetting the modem repeatedly before finally calling and complaining. they stated they could see a problem on their end of things, so we set up a time to meet. The tech showed up nearly an hour late and replaced the modem. This was about three weeks ago and the issue hasn’t been fixed. We can’t even watch a show and have a phone connected to the WiFi at the same time without issues. There are only 2 of us and we are supposed to have 200 mbps...... trash internet quality.
