Its a joke
I was able to get in and out no problems today however I have seen the line into that place backedup so bad one couldn't make a right turn at the red light to get down 193 st
No complaints, this place is quick and efficient, even through their expansion they did not miss a step. If you are complaining about this place, then you haven't been to enough container yards in kc,
The guys that check in the driver's are fast and they get you past the check point to the container point quickly. But sometimes you can wait 30 -40 min to get the container. I guess that's just the nature of the business. But I don't know for sure because I've never been to any other container place.
Very nice customer service. The give you the first-time-here experience without the attitude.
