Christie Biggs Travel and Honeymoons

I do not recommend christie as a travel agent. She did not manage the details of my travel including my friend and I did not realize we were not sitting together on any of our flights from the states to Canada. We would have been better off to arrange our own travel. The only reason we didnt is that we are both very busy professionals ( she is a pediatrician and I am a practitioner). The trip to Vancouver was a hangout trip because we had not seen eachother in 2 years and wanted a girls weekend. We asked for flights that connected us for parts of our travel. Lol, our seats were at opposite ends of the plane. And the return trip was at different flight times on different flights. Awful travel agent. Christie advertises that she is good at all areas of travel, long story made short , I took her to small claims court and clearly had a case. After listening to her story about financial despair and loss, I dropped my case in mediation and accepted the court fee. Do not bother to consider her for any of your travel needs. My teen daughter could have done a better service for me.
