My family and I will never use Advent Health services ever again. I was seen for a lower back injury and had to deal with these clowns for over a month consistently. It was a frustrating struggle all the way thru every time I had to communicate with or visit this office. Everyone I know is getting an ear full of what I’ve experienced there and I am making sure they know to steer clear of this office and Advent Health. And don’t bother apologizing because we have already spoke with patient advocates and the office manager and it solved nothing.

Nurse practitioner Fields is by far the best doc I have ever been seen by. I have struggled with migraines for 10 years and have gone to numerous doctors. She is the first physician to have ever really listened and prescribed the necessary meds to combat my migraines. She also insisted that I check in every four weeks to see how everything is going so we can adjust if necessary. She actually cares that I am getting better not just writing prescriptions and crossing our fingers. 6 stars!

Please save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else. I have never had a doctor with such a lack of empathy. I took a day off work to come in for two concerns. The doctor didn't know my information, even though I had given it to them many times by this point. He also decided not to help me with either issue, but instead refer both to other doctors. So great, I just spent a lot of money on an office visit to be told he wouldn't do anything, not couldn't, but told me he wouldn't. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for another appointment that I get to pay for to maybe get help this time. Sounds like a scam to me. Come see us, we can't help you, go somewhere else but still pay us. Please, take 5 minutes and contact the next doctor down on your list!!! I promise they have to be better than the doctor I saw

I am not the kind of person to leave a review anywhere for any reason but this office deserves more than 5 stars. Every single time I call, I am met with the happiest and the most friendly voices on the other end. No matter who it is, they are always so kind and respectful to me. When we come in for my daughter's check ups, they always go above and beyond for her. The staff every step of the way does the best they can to make sure she is comfortable and Happy so my daughter has a positive attitude about going to the doctors. The nurse staff always are so friendly and kind to us and do all that they can to make my baby feel better. Even if it is just putting a smile on her face, it makes everything 100 times better. I couldn't ask for better doctors for us either. If one Dr. Wasn't available to see us, the other would always do their best to make time as soon as the could. I know with confidence that when anyone walks through those doors, they are a priority to all the staff in the clinic. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for family care because this is the best care we have ever received.
