Scheduling is a nightmare. Have spent more than most cars on the road cost with them and service is still an issue. 'Apathy' is the word that best describes the customer experience with this outfit. There are equally competent AV experts in the OVP area that will be getting my business going forward.nnI did ask for an owner to call - did not happen.nnWe have found a great alternative that is less expensive as well! Wish you the best and hope you can coach up your staff - they need it.
The entire team at Applause were great! It started with Tim and providing me with three different solutions that would fit my needs. The install crew was very professional and completed with a great result. 2 months following our initial system install, I contacted Tim wanting to connect our power shades to our C4 system. He spent a lot of time and energy working with my shade company and found a result for us. Overall great experience, we highly recommend!!!
