Dr. Greenfield is also very nice and extremely thorough! He and his staff do a great job of explaining everything and listen to all concerns.

My Mom (87 years old) is a patient of Dr. Greenfield. She loves him, he takes great care of her, and I am impressed not only with Dr. Greenfield, but his staff. Have met him during her appointments on several occasions when I was back in KC visiting my mom and family.nnI live in California. My mom needed a refill on a Rx, had called it in, the pharmacy had not received the approval, so I called and spoke with Kathy (Cathy?) who was so nice, assured me it was being taken care of, and gave me details.nnThis office is on top of my mom's medications, procedures, illnesses, blood pressure, symptoms, etc. and I can't say enough about how great they are!nnThank you Dr. Greenfield and Kathy (Cathy?)!

Dr. Greenfield and his staff have been taking care of me for decades and is very diligent at getting to the bottom of things.

I really like this office and Dr. Greenfield. Although he's not Mr. Personality, Dr. Greenfield seems to know his stuff, takes his time, and carefully explains everything. One of the best parts is that the office is SUPER organized. Dr. Greenfield told me to make an appointment with a specialist, and 3 weeks later, a nurse called me to ask if I had done it! My prescriptions were always called in immediately without my having to follow up. I'm very satisfied.

These have been the worst Drs i have come in contact with. Dr Greenfield and Joan Smith don't care about anything they don't listen and if you have more than one issue you need to make another appointment for it. Joan literally walked away from me and was so rude when I needed to address an ongoing issue that is getting worse for me, said she doesn't have time for it.. Sorry..This is so sad that people can't get the help they need with good Dr's any more. Don't waste your time on these Drs they are crooks and its all about money.
