**EDIT** This company is a complete scam. My carpets were totally ruined after using this service. Over a week & a half later, the carpets now smell like mildew and have pet odor (after having ZERO of these two smells previously before getting steamed) the carpet was left SOPPING wet, for days even after I had four box fans running downstairs every direction. He claims my highly trained service dogs urinated on my flooring, untrue. That’s why I’ve always received my deposits back on every home I’ve rented. I originally called to hire Tony about a “gym” smell that was due to the workout equipment that used to be downstairs. I was told by another professional cleaner that the carpets should have never been left that saturated, nor should there have been any odor after him leaving the first time. He came back two more times, second time he steamed again and afterwards it had a completely different bad smell after. He must have had a bad filter or water backed up on the equipment for my carpets to smell absolutely terrible even after the first time. The third time Tony came, he told me he could do it a third time, which I wanted to totally avoid because at this point the entire downstairs is RUINED, so I asked for a refund since he mentioned they “guarantee“ their work. To make it worse, Tony only offered half of my money back, even though it’s now going to cost thousands of dollars to replace my stairs and basement carpet. I am infuriated with this service and I’m not even sure where to start with getting things rolling to fix the damage. Stay away from this company and use a well known named company. Total clown running this company who has no CLUE what he is even doing. He will mail a check for half of what you paid, and expect that to fix all of the problems he caused. LOL

Tony is the best and so easy to work with! Steam Power does such a fantastic and thorough job. I personally recommend this business for your carpet cleaning needs!!!

This is an update to my last post. Tony got back with me and explained the situation with basement flooding and tornado damage that was totally understandable!!! Made some recommendations on stain removal and will even come back if I’m unable to remove myself. They are definitely a 5 star company!!!ud83eudd29
