Be careful going here!! I called ahead to make sure the PT I needed was available, supposedly it was. My Dr made an order for me for the special PT. And I got charged $234 for a 30 minute evaluation. (Which was a visual and me answering questions on what I am already doing) and was told I would have to be referred for treatment elsewhere. The bill states I got 1hr 15 minutes of therapy which is a lie. I will be reporting them for medical billing fraud. Charging me for services I did not received. Wonder how many people they do this to especially Medicaid patients who dont really get to see the itemized charges. (Which I had to go in and ask for)

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Great place to get back in the physical shape you need!
