Needed a bow for my Granddaughters viola. The gentleman asked about the length and then called to verify that the item we were going to order could be used with the viola in question before ordering. I very much appreciated that since we would have to wait for the bow, I didn't want to wait twice if it wasn't the correct bow. I haven't heard and complaints from my teenage Granddaughter so I can only assume that is working out perfectly for her.
