This is the most frustrated I have ever been writing a review!! We scheduled several appointments for a carpet and grout cleaning in our new property. Every single appointment was a no show or push back! I have never heard of losing your appointment due to other emergency carpet appointments. I will not recommend this business EVER. My company could never do this Junction city would drag my business name through the dirt for customer service.
