McDonald's

Honestly, this McDonald's is horrible... Everything said they were open until 12am. I showed up at 10:50pm, and waited in line until 11:15pm. No one was answering the intercom, and there were 5cars behind me, and about 5 in front being served. They had no signs stating that they were closing at 11pm for now on. They put a sign up this morning on the intercoms finally. This isn't the first time I've had to wait a tremendous amount of time either. Dont waste your time, just go to the one on Washington.

I’m tired of this McDonald’s.nSo so tired.nThey’re ALWAYS messing up my food.nI’ve waited 10 minutes (after waiting like 15-20 in line) for cookies that were straight up burnt.nI ordered door dash today and I asked for sauces, I didn’t even get ANY sauces, not even the ones for my nuggets, my fries weren’t even filled, and my ten piece nuggets only had 8 in the box.nEvery time I go, there is usually one rude person at either window.nWhen I worked there, I would get chewed out if any of my crew was acting like this.nI could go on and on about this store, but that would be a long review.

There are 2 McDonalds restaurants here in Junction City, KS. The one on Washington St we stopped going to because the employee are the rudest I’ve ever come across and they NEVER get our orders correct and when we get the incorrect food it’s cold so we started going to the one on W. 6th St we wouldn’t ya know they’re getting just as bad. They left out our 10 piece nugget and the burgers were so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted and the fries we a box of cold grease. I remember when McDonalds took pride in their food guess those days are gone.

We ordered 4 hash browns extra syrup and ketchup. We got 3 hash browns 1 syrup and no ketchup. It said on the receipt everything we ordered and still didn’t get it. They weren’t even busy there was maybe 3 cars behind us.
