Needs to fix or replace some of the washers and dryers. Never enough open.

Most of the machines are old and many broken. Vending machines empty, seating is poor.

It was clean inside, no issues with the washer or dryer. However, I had to sit in my car to stay warm, while my comforter was drying, because I was freezing. I even had my coat and gloves on. I do realize it's winter out, but it could have been a bit warmer inside.

Floor flooded by back door. Half the machines don't work. Dryers awful and young girl with dog, that obviously wasn't a service dog and aggressive. And at least 2 ladies came in just to drain the change machine, according to other patrons it happens all the time.
