Very friendly folks, helpful and easy to deal with. Storage units clean and well maintained. Well lighted and good location. Very satisfied!
Interesting sequence of events for setting up storage rental. Friendly interactions with staff. Unfortunate water leak in unit resulted in damage to some of my furniture. Staff were willing to work out the issues once informed. Take measures to protect your items and bring your own pad lock.
This is a great place! The manager was very nice and went out of the way to help me when I went to rent a unit. The property is very well maintained and the manager, once again, always seems to be around if you need anything and is checking on things. I highly recommend it.
Going to school at KU and keep my stuff at AA because it's the most affordable place I could find. They made it really easy to move in and have great customer service. They also offered insurance for my stuff which was a huge plus because I had problem with a different storage place last year. Overall would highly recommend
This facility is very clean. I’ve never had a problem with anything in my unit and the staff is very accommodating. They are just a phone call away! The only problem is that they are almost always full-so when a unit becomes available you better grab it. Highly recommended!
