It is a friendly small town theater. It is also a museum. If you pay for a movie ticket you also have access to the museum. It has also been proven to be the oldest operating movie theater in the world.

Really good prices ....new releases movies .... GREAT Customer Service too ...The employee was soooo nice &nInteresting...had great conversation.A rare gem.

Such a cozy place to watch a Movie. The staff were very nice and the prices are great! I was in such awe that I was sitting in such a historical theater!

It's nice that the people of Ottawa have a place to go.nnThe timing was a little off though as we sat there for 5 min in complete darkness waiting for the feature to start.nnThey could also make an attempt to provide some cleaning services between movies, the lobby was very nice but once you walked through the theater door it looked as if there had been a food fight and just in the middle of it they were all abducted by aliens cups & candy wrappers still in the cup holders and large amounts of trash on the floors.nnIt's also nice that they provide the young people with a place to work however it was as if they had no training in customer service at all, it was like being served by zombies with no short term memory, slow reflexes, and zero concern for the products they were selling as an example our drink order was 1 large Pepsi and one regular Diet Dr. Pepper after ordering the drinks we then had to re state what our order had been twice and when we received the order they were both larges and had been over filled to the point the cups were covered in soda and it was flowing out of the lids creating a large mess that I cleaned up as they were not going to make any attempt.nnHopefully someone takes notice soon and things get better. It's a short drive to other theaters where cleanliness and customer service are available.

The movie theater is small but Pleasant. It's clean and the seats are comfortable. The only problem, Staffing is non-existent! One person working for the entire movie theater is not acceptable. The movie started 20 minutes late because there was only one person working.
