The experience was that i never had the experience, supposed to make a appointment after a E.R. visit and for days and days i never got a answer on the phone, never got a call back even after leaving message after message after message. Didnt matter what time of day i called, no response. So after taking my trip to the city, and going to the E.R. at Shawnee Mission, i had my surgery the same night i was admitted and sent home shortly after with a already made dr appt for monday. All this taking place in the middle of the night where i got more results out of that one night then i did the entire week trying to get in to have this done at this office. I think the staff and whomever is disorganized and dont care about their patients at all. Ive never been in a drs office where there is only one person by them phones and ive never experienced such a lengthy no response from any drs office ever before from anywhere. I think some evaluation needs to be done at this office, not saying the dr himself but the staff he has working for him. They suck and obviously cannot do their job to the best of there ability. I give a thumbs down to this place and would not recommend it to anyone needing serious help in a timely manner.
