My grandmother called and the receptionist was VERY rude to her. They claimed they won’t take my kids because they supposedly turned us into collections. We called collections and they said that wasn’t true and they called the family care clinic to figure it out but they still refused to take my kids. Knowing we are military and haven’t been in Dodge City for over 5 years trying to say we never paid a bill to find out they were wrong and still were rude and denying us for no reason.
