I highly recommend any CDL holder who needs a new DOT physical to call and get a same day appointment as I did. Local taxi (Leo's) will cart you right over and you won't be there long but Dr Angela Harper will definitely take care of you. If they had ten stars I would still want to give her and her staff eleven. I will be back!
