Repeat customer who will never return. Stopped by for a quick smog inspection with my son on Saturday afternoon. Went inside to pay my bill, stepped up to the counter, and was confronted with a young man named “John” who claimed to be the assistant manager. Hard to believe because of his instant hostility, rudeness, and aggressive demeanor. Not to mention his recycled name tag written in Sharpie. Super unprofessional in every way.
Not sure what his problem was?! 🤷♂️ But...

BTW - the smog inspector was awesome and seemed happy to be there.
Trash. Rather than kindly inform and explain why you can no longer put fuel in a plastic container you have to purchase one from them at 13+ dollars ....the balding manager with the classy tongue piercing and glasses . made a scene in front of the store and threatened +to call fire Marshall...which fine ok I'll deal with thatlater...i tried to reasonably explain and was told " SOUNDS LIKE A PERSONAL PROBLEM"....REALLY?! ...with a store that goes above and beyond and has great leadership how could I not give it one star.
