Dr. Luna took care of my elderly parents for a long time and was wonderful! Dr. Luna always took the time to listen to all my parents concerns and showed tremendous care and concern for their well being. I could not ask for a better person or Dr. to treat my parents. I live out of state and Dr. Luna gave me great comfort knowing he was taking care of them. However, Dr. Luna's main nurse (Joyce) was impersonal and did not show the concern of a nurse that knew my parents and saw them frequently in the clinic. Dr. Luna's nurse always seemed bothered and not helpful whenever my parents would have to go through her concerning an appt. with Dr. Luna, their medicine or any questions. Dr. Luna's main nurse is doing Dr. Luna and his patients a great disservice!!!
