I started working with Matt about 3 months ago after a surgery and had an amazing experience! He was extremely knowledgeable, willing to listen to concerns or questions that I had, and made it a fun time. He was dedicated to my recovery and turned my goals at the beginning into a reality. The staff overall were great to be around and incredibly nice! The treatment that I received was above and beyond my expectations! Thank you!

I’ve been visiting Katie at SERC for the last six weeks. She has brought my progress along much quicker than I anticipated. She’s very empathetic and has a great way of diverting attention away from the physical pain one may feel during their therapeutic journey.nKatie, you are certainly in your niche.nThank you so much for your great care.

I had a great experience with the SERC midtown location! If you are looking for a high quality hand therapist, Katie is extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. I found her to be more helpful than my doctor throughout the healing process. Very happy with my results! Thanks Katie!

Matt is an amazing therapist. He takes time to show the movements but also explain the muscle groups, the benefits, the WHY. He also teaches the patient so we can progress, instead of just relying completely on the therapist. He is personable, funny, and bonus points for being nice on the eyes :) Seriously though, Matt, Shelby, Lindsay & everyone on staff makes it very easy to commit to and come to appointments 3X a week. If you’re having something as serious in your life as surgery, I highly suggest SERC Physical Therapy on Main St. for your care.

Dr. Katie is terrific. Did a great job rehabbing my thumb. Facility is well managed and maintained and they go the extra mile for Covid precautions.
