Target Pharmacy has always had a good flow. Then they sold out to CVS and I became quite concerned. I LEFT CVS and started coming to Target for a reason. So, I decided to go to Costco. They have good prices, and they used to be really fast. They revamped and NOT for the better. Back to CVS inside of Target. And, I am VERY HAPPY! Target pharmacist Lee has earned AND retained my business. She is intuitive, responsive, efficient, and friendly. She ticks all the boxes. I can't speak for the other pharmacists or techs there because the only one I usually encounter is Lee. (Probably my schedule.) But, if they are anything like Lee, they are doing it right. I will never leave as long as this level of service and flow remains where it is. I HATE going to pharmacies...except this one.

I try to give this pharmacy some leeway as my insurance is finicky about my prescriptions sometimes, but there's one person working at this location that will tell me information that later turns out to be incorrect. After this happened multiple times and I was going to be without medication I needed for a couple days, I wanted to make a complaint. The manager instantly started to shut me down and wouldn't listen to a thing I said and didn't event listen to what I asked for so I had to pay out of pocket without getting the correct amount I needed! If something changes with my prescription, I just want to know about it, but my frustration and concerns were ignored and I am done using this location. There are some good people there but it's just not worth it.
