CertaPro Painters

I had to wait a week for an appointment for an estimate to paint my Leawood home. The guy showed up 30 minutes early for the appointment and said he would provide me an estimate before he left. He then walked around for over an hour looking up while making notes only to tell me that he had another appointment to get to but would email me the estimate that evening. (What happened to me getting it before he left?)nI told him I really wanted the estimate so I could make a decision and confirmed my email address with him.nIt has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard back from him. I have left several messages but no response so I elected to go with another company instead.nI would never recommend this company and assume if it is this hard to get just an estimate, I cannot imagine having to deal with their service when they come out to paint.nThis was a $13,700 paint job that they missed out on just because their salesman did not do his job.

We had our home painted last week and Greg and his team were fantastic to work with. From the estimate to the last walk-through, the experience was a positive one. We received three estimates from local painters and the estimate from CertaPro was right in the middle. We had to change our painting schedule a couple of times due to conflicts that keep coming up on our end, but the staff was very accommodating to find a time that worked for us. The house painting itself went smooth. The painting crew ( there were 4 or 5 of them each day) cleaned up after themselves every day and the painting was done neatly and efficiently. We could not be more happy with the results!

Greg and his team were amazing for planning and painting our home. They use sherwin Williams paint a very reliable brand not the cheap stuff.There forman Andrea and there crew were very professional and friendly and got the job done very quickly. Also shannon in the office was always there for every question asked and ready to help. Overall amazing response from certpro. I had reached out to other company's in the area and online and did not get any call backs or the price was extremely high for size of our home. I would and will recommend this company to family and friends.

We recently had our exterior painted, I would recommend this company to all my friends/family and I will definitely be calling them for all my future painting needs. I talked with Greg the owner, then I met Quinton (production manager) and Alex (onsite supervisor). All three of them were professional, helpful, and I felt like they wanted the best for us and our house. I am very happy with their work!!
