Melina and Jackie thank you for your great customer service. I had a big difficult lunch order anf they did everything right. It was a few missing items but they're customer service made up for that. Highly recommend.
I usually hate going to this location; the service is slow and not very attentive, sometimes even borders in rude. However, I was in a couple weeks ago and a woman named Faith was working the counter. It's been a very long time since I've seen someone in the food industry work so hard especially in a fast food place. It was incredibly busy but she was rocking it, and was polite and friendly the whole time, and the orders were all correct. I hope her employers realize what a gem they have in Faith. Because of her I will give this place another chance.
Horrible service received from the sandwich artist. Very unprofessional!
Bad attitude on the part of the two girls and the boy who were attending, I will not return even if it is the only open store in the city.
I just left this Subway and purchased a foodlong meatball sub.. I get my sandwich home and was excited until I bit into it and was not able to eat it because EVERY MEATBALL WAS BURNT. total waste of money. The worker who made my sandwich knew that the meatballs were burnt and old and gave them to me anyway.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY.
