We visited Seasons52 last night and can't wait to go back! We started with some drinks and an appetizer on the patio and had a great time. We got the Tuna Tartar which was delicious. The ambience of being on the Plaza was breathtaking. Very knowledgeable and patient. When we go back, we'll be specifically asking for her.

The food was okay and the prices were good, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. We made a reservation for 8:45pm, called the restaurant at 8:15 or so letting them know we were going to be 5-10 mins late, and they didn’t even have our reservation at all. So we re-made the reservation for 8:55. We showed up at 8:55 and still had to wait about 20 minutes for our table.nnWhen we finally were seated we bought apps and a bottle of wine. At 9:30, a man came by saying we would be kicked out by 10pm per CDC rules. We had not even gotten our bottle of wine or ordered entrees yet. We ordered then because we were rushed and hurried through our mediocre food. (Our waitress didn’t warn us at all of the 10 o’clock closing)nnAt 10pm, a different man walks up to our table abrasively and rudely telling us to leave, explaining while yelling at us that “this restaurant is how he feeds his family.” We were compliant as could be and he was totally unprofessional anyway. He stood at the table and stared at us with his open hand toward the door as he stared into my eyes while I attempted to ‘chug’ the rest of my $54 bottle of wine.nnThe customer service and management was so egregious that I would never go back. They do not value you as a customer at all.

The food here is excellent. A little pricey but worth it.
