Love Embassy Suites. Stay at one whenever we get the chance. Beautiful lobbies and bar and dining areas. This is one of the nicest ones I've been to. Happy hour nightly with free drinks and snacks for the guests. The 2 level pool was amazing, the kids were blown away. Spa and sauna were a welcome addition as well. Free cooked to order breakfast and you can't go wrong.
This place was great, all the staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful with everything and anything. From the front desk to house keeping everyone was wonderful. Everything was clean and in order. The location was very convenient and easy to find. Parking was easy to navigate and plentiful. I have nothing but great things to say about the overall stay here and really look forward to the next time we come to stay again. Wonderful trip and excellent stay. 10 stars if it was possible.

Wonderful and beautiful hotel very very well
Worst experience in a hotel. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana, including up on our floor and it wafted into our room. From the moment we checked our family in, there were at least 100 unattended teens roaming the halls who clearly had no rooms to be in. Several fights broke out on our floor and the girls in the next room shouted about someone having a gun. The manager was apologetic but he clearly had no control over the situation. The police were called and showed up twice to kick everyone out but the kids just returned after the cops left. After four stressful and scary hours, we packed up and left.nEmbassy Suites is our go-to when we are in KC and never expected to have such a frightening experience as this.nWe definitely don’t feel safe bringing our family here anymore. We won’t be back.
