Let me say off the bat, that there was nothing wrong with the staff. They were all excellent and helpful.nnNow for the problems.nn1) There was no toilet paper in our bathroom. Like, not just an empty cardboard tube, nothing.nn2) There was only one towel in the bathroom.nn3) The toilet would run on occasion. Just for a few seconds, but it happened every 60 minutes. We had to turn off the water to stop that.nn4) There was two bottles of conditioner, no shampoo.nn5) Couldn't use the shower anyway, since the water was warm as best, and the pressure was non-existent.nn6) We had a shower only room, and there was only a glass wall on one side. No door. So, you had to walk into the shower all the way to turn it on. No way to avoid it.nn7) There was no blackout curtains, or any opaque curtains at all on the rooms only window. Hard to get dressed when anyone could potentially look in and see you.nn8) The window that was there wasn't quite shut all the way and you could hear the noise of the neighborhood, which was a lot. We were woken up multiple time by people yelling and screaming outside our hotel.nn9) There was constantly people in the halls at all hours, knocking, yelling, and slamming doors.nnI would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was no real way to get any rest here with all the commotion inside and outside the hotel. I'm very disappointed and am going to try to get with the hotel management for a refund.

$100 hold on a card? Really? Then you have to bug them to get it back? Yeah no, that's not right. The room I shared with my fiancee had no hot water and the TV didn't work properly. For what they charged I could have gone to a different hotel for probably $10 more a night and it would have been cheaper. Definitely won't be back.

We were given a room in the 1st floor. It never cooled off in the room. We asked to be moved and they gave us a suite on the 2nd Floor. The suite was nice and cool. Decorated in a theme of The Pet Rescuing Wayside Ways, it was fitting and awesome because I had my service dog with me. It made me happy. The guest services were helpful. They obliged with towels and extra shampoo and conditioner when I asked. They also made sure any guests waited in the lobby until someone from the room came to get them. Only complaint is the house keepers were talking super loud and made it difficult to sleep in, up early because the staff was working. Sleeping until 9am was not on my agenda. That's all though... it was clean, cool, and comfortable...

The bed was comfy. That’s it. There was a brown/reddish handprint next to mirror over desk... one of the lamps had a broken knob so couldn’t turn it on. But the worst part, was the bathroom. The sink had ZERO hot water. Tried to wash my face at night before bed and turn the hot water all the way and did not get a single drop out. Then, early this morning tried to take a shower only to realize the water wouldn’t come out from the head. We called the desk, they told us to pull the handle out all the way. We tried this, and it worked for about 10 seconds. We called again, and they said someone would come up to take a look. About an hour later, after no one had called or came by... we tried the shower again to see if maybe now it would work. It did for about 20 seconds then the water stopped coming out. We called the front AGAIN, and this time someone came to the room within 15 minutes.nWithin 2 minutes he realized there was something completely wrong with the entire bathroom, and said we would have to get a new room if we wanted to shower.nCalled the desk yet again, and was told there was not a single room in the entire hotel that was cleaned to switch is to. They were not able to tell us how long we were going to have to wait for a new room. We asked for our money back or for a discount, and were told since we booked the room through “Booking” they were not allowed to give us any type of discount because we had already gotten the room at a discounted rate.nSafe to say, we will not be returning to this hotel.
