My young, but legal daughter was traveling with her family. She had an horrible experience at another local hotel. I called Sheraton and spoke with the night shift employees (a male and a female) and they were outstanding. I explained my daughter’s situation and they were so helpful. Both were very attentive listeners. As a Mom, they gave me comfort that my adult child was staying there. Both employees exemplified “can do” attitudes. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
I paid 20 to park and even while locked with alarm armed my car was burglarized. Lost all my vehicle related tools my I pad air and few other things. Was unloading belongings into my room. Between trips to the car and back to 4th floor this happened. I ask security guard to assist he said there absolutely nothing he can do. I feel like I paid for a better hotel with secure parking to get robbed in the end. Would also mention very rough for the Sheraton they've gone downhill. It seems they've given up
I’m on a quick work trip and first time visit to KC. My stay at the Sheraton has been pleasant. Teri at concierge greeted me upon my arrival and greeted me two days after by name during her break. With so much competition in the short term rental industry, this touch of customer care does go a long way. Thank you for being kind and attentive.
2 stars because staff is amazing! The beds were straight metal springs. I've been to tons of hotels and these beds were far far worse than any place I've been (and I've been to some shady hotels). The staff though was probably some of the best I've been around though if you need something they are on top of it immediately
I wanna thank Ms. Terri Warren for making our stay the most amazing stay, this place was so clean and comfortable that we will be back thank you Terri Happy HolidaysnCruz
