Great hotel and restaurant right on the Plaza. Before it was a hotel it was an apartment building and my grandparents lived there........so it's always fun to come back to where I spent so much time as a child. They do a great job. We stayed here for almost a week over Christmas a couple years ago and all was excellent.

Superb hotel in a great location. Breakfast at Chaz was really good with a nice variety of choices at reasonable prices. Our room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were super friendly which made our three-night stay even more enjoyable. Valet parking was available, but we just self-parked in the hotel's lot which was very convenient. This will be our choice for hotels for any future stays in the Kansas City area.

Perfect spot for a quiet, delicious meal. A favorite for a special date-night. Valet park your car with the Raphael Hotel and enjoy a smooth, stress free plaza experience with ambient jazz, skilled wait staff and gourmet offerings. It is a must-visit in KC. Try the Wagyu Prime Rib. It's not cheap, but worth it.

Decadent a throw back to the old days. Great service. The old fashion soooooo boozy. The ooey gooey is u real. Warm . Live music when the new normal gets going. And.its a hotel. If in KC. Please stop by.

Excellent staff! So attentive and nice . Rooms are very spacious! Favorite hotel to stay in KS! Nice welcome gift!
