Had an absolutely wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary; when he told the hotel staff at check in, they were so sweet and upgraded our room! Thank you for such a spectacular weekend!
I called to make reservations and their employee who answered my call had no idea how to help me. I was then placed on hold for 10 minutes before speaking to someone else. When they tried to connect me to someone who could help with my request I was disconnected. They REALLY need to amp up their customer service..safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Nice stay. Had a banner hanging off the building clanging into balcony railing all night. Not the best sleep but the hotel was nice and so was the staff. Nice view of the plaza.
This was my first time staying at an InterContinental. The hotel was nice and do were the staff. The room was large and nice with a balcony. The parking was great, they have a parking garage that is large with multiple levels and allows for easy access into the building at all levels. I gave them 4 stars because I am not a smoker but the room next to me smoked and I could smell it everytime I they lit up. I'm not sure if they were on the balcony or inside their room, but the scent would make it's way into my room and they smoked at all hours.
