My fiancé and I went to TIVOL to look for our wedding bands and we were blown away by the service, communication, pricing, and the final results!! Lauren was amazing and helped with all of our questions, allowed us both to try on tons of styles to see what we liked, and kept us in the loop along the way. I received my great grandmother’s ring as my engagement band so TIVOL went above and beyond and helped customize a shadow band to complement the engagement ring. They also cleaned and shined up my engagement ring, sized it, and created the best wedding band for it that I could have ever imagined! The whole process was fast as well! We were very impressed and pleased by the whole process, thanks TIVOL! We would not hesitate to go back!

I have worked with Kate many times when purchasing gifts or buying pieces for myself. She is knowledgable, warm and beyond helpful. Her customer service is the gold standard. She has a special gift in helping create personal and sentimental pieces and understanding what her customer is wanting. TIVOL and Kate are my go to in Kansas City for all my jewelry needs!

First time purchaser and very pleased! I've been in Kansas City for almost 20 years and had always heard of Tivol but had never actually been inside. I should have come much sooner. Hunter was great to deal with and my transaction was seamless. The store is very nice inside and the staff are always friendly. I look forward to future business with them. Do not hesitate to go in, ask questions, browse and ask for Hunter if you're interested in watches!

I took couple of my rolex watches for appraisal, authentication and service. Amanda and Kathryn were excellent. Dominic was courteous and helpful as well. The staff I dealt with were professional and helpful. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for luxury watches and jewelry. Not to mention the services they provide after purchase. They have made me a repeat customer. Thank you!

This is my go to place. Amanda always takes care of us. She helped me pick out my engagement ring years ago, then we picked a complementary wedding band, and she still knows my wife's taste.nnSimply the best.
