Excellent store they might try to greet everyone more quickly once they walk in to make people feel at ease; otherwise, loved my experience!

My boyfriend and I go into this coach store quite frequently and the service is amazing EVERY time. Today, Paige customized our coach tags. Not only did they come phenomenally but the guest service she provided was even better. Keep it up!

My church family and I went in this past Saturday, upon entering NO ONE greeted us. We walked around the store and still no one spoke. After being in the store for about 6 mins one of us was finally acknowledged. There was about 4-5 people working in the store one only ONE employee was with a customer. The others were literally standing there. Horrible customer service.

The salesperson Josh was Awesome!!! He was very patient with me as I wonder through the store trying to figure out which purse I wanted to purchase. If you ever visit this store ask for Josh!!!
