Having to wait outside the door for 20 minutes while be hassled by the homeless every 5 minutes is incredibly frustrating. You should either hire security or at the very minimum, have an employee standing by the door. We won’t be shopping at this location any longer.

My daughter loves Kendra Scott! She has received many items for birthdays and Christmases, but they were all online purchases. Today, we had our first in-store EXPERIENCE! It was wonderful!nnThe weather was pleasant, so the doors were open. We were immediately greeted by one of the at least 10 employees who were working. We were offered champagne & Christmas cookies and waited on very attentively by no less than 5 of the employees, probably more like 6 or 7.nnThe store was packed with holiday shoppers, but no one was rude or impatient. We lucked out in finding an item that was sold out online. We also had our first Color Bar experience. Overall, the customer service was top notch and it was our best in-store experience of the day!

They were the sweetest girls and so helpful. They recognized I was having a rough week and they were so sweet and caring they through me in a little extra gift for myself (as I was using my birthday discount for a gift for someone else). It really brightened my day and I will never forget how amazingly sweet they were to do that for me. Also from a customer service perspective, I would say they are one of the best always at going above and beyond!
