So very very unhappy with the service at this place .nnMy daughter went in for a consultation on Thursday , Amy examined/ touched , felt her hair . They discussed what she wanted to go from brown to blonde highlights / bayalage and my daughter was quoted 170-190 max .nnShe called me to see if this was ok and I agreed . So she went ahead and booked an appt Saturday (2 days later )nnAfter several hour at her appt , Amy seemed done with the process and said to my daughter well you can’t really see the orange. To which my daughter replied . I can see the orange tips .nnAmy said she would trim up her hair and that there was nothing else she could do . My daughter then went to pay and was charged 300.00 .nnWhen she asked why Amy said it took longer than she thought , she needed more dye than she thought , and now was charging her 40.00 for a cut which consisted of her basically dusting the tips to remove the orange .nnAs an 18 year old in this situation for the first time and 1800 miles from home , my daughter paid and then immediately called me from the car crying . I immediately called the salon to speak to someone about why a quote 2 days old had now almost doubled . The shop voicemail is full you can not leave a message . I sent an email requesting a manager call me and 4 days later still have not had my call returned .nnThis is unacceptable, Amy is a professional she gave a quote and if the process was more than she expected that’s on her not my daughter to compensate for

The young lady did a fabulous job on my hair! She transformed the color from the hideous red/orange I had to a medium neutral brown. The only thing I didn't like so much was was when I asked the benefits of the deep conditioning service ($20 vs $40) she said one was better and a different brand. She couldn’t give me why it was a better treatment. It was good but I would say more education is needed. Other than that, I would for sure go back for my color!
